Pet urine can't always be easily removed by cleaning the top of the carpet if it has reached the carpet backing and or the padding. But with our modern tools, we can usually take care of it without removing the carpet or pad. We can flood the contaminated area with a enzyme solution that will break down the urine salts in the pad, and then remove everything with a Water Claw flood extractor. This is the same method we would use to remove water if your carpet were soaked or flooded.
