Slippery When Wet
No one wants to fall on slippery mildew covered concrete. It’s like ice.. but it’s sprinkling and 90 degrees out.
Elderly especially need to consider having their driveways and sidewalks cleaned. At least where you may be walking. Concrete isn’t age prejudiced though.

Gutters always need to be cleaned. Despite what you may hear, there’s not a 100% effective means of keeping your gutters clean forever. Gutter guards and similar hardware are great at keeping “large” debris out of your gutters, but depending on the trees in your area, your gutters might be in terrible shape without you knowing it.

(Pines and pollen love to creep through gutter guards.)
