🔁 1. Do a daily 10-minute reset.

Now its time to introduce Julia! As our Lead Supervisor she plays a vital role in coaching and training our professionals, as well as quality control.

We all know her as Jules....and here's a little more about someone who is such a valuable part of our team!

I’m Jules, in my spare time I like to spend my time in my garden or tending to my house plants. I have a couple of dogs that tend to drag me outside on hikes and to the lake on the nicer days if I’m not already camping. Working for MnM has been a big change in my life. I’ve always been a sort of caretaker in my life and working for MnM has allowed me to continue that.

I don’t feel like I’m just cleaning the homes of some of our clients, it’s a friendship and helping when no one else is around. The happiness that comes to their faces when they see a clean house or a certain area they’ve been dreading to do is enough to lift my heart when it needs it. 🖤

Here is a little more about someone so special to our Operations:

Hello, my name is Madison and I have been a part of the MnM Cleaning crew for 3 years now.

Not only has the job taught me a lot, but I have came to enjoy being apart of each and every clients life, whether directly or indirectly. It is my passion to instill thoughtfulness behind our work and make sure the team and I are always going the extra lengths to make your day to day easier, no matter the task. I find this a great way to make us stand out against others as it may be easy to find just anyone to clean your home, but way harder to find someone who can do that while treating you and your home with respect, handling your belongings delicately, showing love and care to each and every furr baby, and just really paying attention to what story we can compassionately read through each and every home.

Outside of work, you will find me with my sweet Doberman, Maple, attached to my hips at all times. She is my sidekick when it comes to all of my hobbies, including hiking, kayaking, collecting rocks (and sticks), and just basically anything that involves being outside in nature. Even at home, she takes over the cleaning shift so I can focus on my cooking as I love to bake and she loves to test taste everything I make and/or drop on the floor.

I love reading, film, photography, music and also collect vinyl records. While indulging in these, Maple is sure to keep me safe from any squirrel that may interfere with my activities.

For those I have gotten to connect with, I have so much love for everything I have gotten to learn! For those I haven't, I am always interested to know more and encourage any engagement! No matter what aspect of life, inside or outside of a professional setting, I believe connection is of utmost importance!
