Mice Are Shopping for a Winter Rental. Don't Let Them Pick Yours.

When the first hard freeze hits, mice go looking for somewhere warm, quiet, and well stocked with snacks, and your home checks every box. We treat the structure and the areas right next to it so they keep on walking. A little prevention now means fewer midnight scratching sounds in the walls, attic, and pantry all winter.

🎤 OFFICIAL ANNOUNCEMENT: The Oasis Karaoke Competition is ON 🎤

We’ve officially opened the floodgates for our first-ever karaoke showdown… and yes, we’re bracing for both glory and pure chaos. Shoutout to our amazing sponsors!
Choice Pest Control
Outlaw Brewz
Dunn Mountain WoodWorking
Fired Up Pizza Chewelah
Get A Grip Buckin’ Bulls

Here’s the deal:

⏳ Spots are limited to the first 20 contestants who sign up
📝 Pre-entries are allowed (and highly recommended) — let Jessie know any Saturday karaoke day prior to the event! Or comment on this post!

You’ll need three songs ready, because this is a full three-round battle judged by three very opinionated humans:

Round 1: All 20 contestants sing one song
→ Judges narrow it to the top 10

Round 2: Those 10 perform a second song
→ Judges cut it down to the final 5

Round 3: The remaining five sing one last song
→ Judges crown 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place

So practice those three tracks like your reputation depends on it… because it kinda does.

Come sing your heart out (or charmingly butcher a classic — both are welcome).
See you at The Oasis.
May the least out-of-tune survive. 😂

Husband: Babe you wanna come with me today?
Wife: Sure!
Husband proceeds to go buy 30 baitstations that need to be filled.
Remind me to not go on a ride along during mice season 😜 Josh Mitchell
