We are searching for a reliable supervisor/ commercial cleaner for the Fayetteville Springdale area. We need help with quality control making sure buildings are clean to specifications before client enters. MUST know how to clean glass, keep up with supplies, stay in constant contact with upper management. Make alloted time for cleaning buildings. Must have good people skills and know how to supervise people without running them off by being respectful and not too personal. Must take pictures of finished buildings. Must make sure buildings are cleaned using the system we have created. Pay starts at $15.50 per hour, 0.35 mileage reimbursement. $10 per pay period cell phone reimbursement. If you enjoy working in a team environment where you don't have your boss all over your back and you can make sure the buildings are safe and clean for customers. Mobile working cleaning supervisor of nightly cleaning activities at several locations

Working and assigning janitorial duties to staff and regularly inspecting their work to ensure that established standards are met

Issuing cleaning supplies and equipment to janitorial staff as needed

Taking inventory of all cleaning supplies and equipment and informing management when supplies are depleted

Providing training and guidance to janitorial staff

Reporting issues and training needs to upper management

Identifying and mitigating risks of failure in service delivery

Maintaining and upkeep of all cleaning equipment, supplies, and products

Dusting surface areas and counter surfaces

Perform general sweeping, scrubbing, mopping of hardwood, laminate, or tiled floors

Using vacuuming equipment; vacuums and cleans carpets, performs further treatments such as shampoo or stain-removal as needed

Scrubbing sinks, basins, and toilets in private and public bathrooms

Cleaning windows, glass surfaces, and mirrors

Ensuring safe and sanitary storage and care of products

Qualifications

At least 2 years prior experience in similar role

High School education preferred

Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies

Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle

Responsibilities

Duties include but are not limited to general cleaning of various types of businesses

Dusting and disinfecting surfaces

Cleaning floors and rooms, including dust mopping, damp mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, dusting, picking up larger objects off the floor, and spot cleaning glass and windows

Cleaning restrooms, cleaning and sanitizing fixtures, mirrors, partition doors and walls, sweeping and mopping tile floors, restocking dispensers, and cleaning toilets and urinals

Vacuums, and empties trash

Preparing, stocking, and maintaining cleaning equipment and supplies

Monitoring and maintaining sanitation and organization of assigned areas

Assisting other departments when needed to ensure optimum service to clients

Performing additional duties as needed
