Above Standard Cleaning is currently hiring for multiple commercial cleaning positions in the Springboro & Centerville areas with both daytime and nighttime shifts available!

✨ Starting pay: $16/hour
✨ PTO accrual
✨ Paid holidays
✨ Paid training
✨ $100 bonus after 90 days with no call-offs
✨ Up to a $1/hour raise after 90 days of satisfactory employment

We’re looking for team members who are:
✔ Reliable & self-motivated
✔ Positive and professional
✔ Able to pass a background check
✔ Equipped with reliable transportation
✔ Able to use a smartphone app for clocking in/out

Cleaning experience is preferred, but not required.
