✅ What’s included in the quote? Equipment brands, finish, decking, permits, and startup should all be in writing.
✅ What’s the plan for Texas hard water? Tile and finish choices matter here more than most people realize.
✅ What happens after the build? Ask about startup, warranty, and who you call when something goes wrong.
✅ Can I see your reviews? Look for real, local reviews.
