Two beautiful salon waiting chairs rescued from a junk removal job in Rancho Bernardo and given a new home at a local barbershop!

We gifted these chairs to Elijah’s Barbershop, and the owner, Karina, absolutely loved them!

This is one of our favorite parts of what we do at Junk Seekers. Whenever we get the opportunity, we like to donate, recycle, reuse, and help out other local businesses instead of sending perfectly good items to the landfill.

One man’s junk can be another business owner’s treasure!

Support local, reuse when you can, and keep good stuff out of the landfill.

One of the cool things about junk removal is you never know what you’re going to find. We recently cleaned out a commercial clothing warehouse that was liquidating everything, and we ended up scoring some pretty useful equipment along the way.

One of our finds was this heavy-duty ULINE industrial pallet jack! We loaded it right onto our F-350 stake-bed truck, and I’m keeping it there for now. You never know when something like this is going to come in handy on a future job.

Sometimes the best finds come from the jobs you’re already getting paid to do!

Back in Rancho Bernardo this week to finish clearing out the remaining items from a commercial warehouse!

We hauled out pallets, clothing, general trash, packing tables, a pallet jack, and pretty much anything else left behind. Our goal is to keep as much as possible out of the landfill by recycling and reusing what we can, and disposing of the rest responsibly.

Another warehouse cleanout, another happy customer, and we got the entire job done in just ONE HOUR!

That’s how we get it done at Junk Seekers.

One dump run, 5 jobs, and $2,137 in revenue. This is why we’re putting our truck-and-trailer setup to work! That’s $2,137 in total revenue across 5 jobs before expenses. Fuel, dump fees, and labor still have to come out, but combining multiple pickups into one dump run makes a big difference.

What do you guys think of this setup? How would you maximize a truck and trailer like this?

Another warehouse cleanout in Rancho Bernardo! Rylee + Cru Clothing moved their operations, and they brought Junk Seekers in to take care of the last of their cardboard and unwanted warehouse tools and equipment.

We knocked it all out in one day with two full loads: one full load of trash and one full load of cardboard for recycling.

Big or small, residential or commercial, we get the job done. If your business needs a warehouse cleanout or junk removal, give Junk Seekers a call!

Another cardboard pickup in the books. Full stake-bed truck load for $550, and I got it done solo in less than an hour.

Cardboard went to recycling, the trash went into the trailer for the next landfill run, and since this customer is a regular, I gave them 10% off. Best part? Got paid the same day.

I love repeat customers. You take care of them, they keep calling you back. That’s how you build a business.

Another day, another call asking for fart messages. 😂💨 I swear I can’t make this stuff up! This time, I got the recording and had to make it even funnier.

At this point, should I stick with Junk Seekers or rebrand to Fart Seekers? 💨😂 Maybe I’m sitting on a whole new business opportunity!

Be honest… would you pay for personalized fart messages? 😂👇

Sometimes you sell something on eBay and wonder if it was even worth the trouble. 😂

Put this piece of junk up for auction, and it sold for $9.95. After shipping and expenses, I walked away with a whopping $3.91 profit.

Did I make a fortune? Nope. Did I lose money? Nope.

Not every flip is a home run. Sometimes you take the small wins and keep it moving. The goal is to keep stuff out of the landfill and make a little money along the way.

Would you have bothered selling it for $3.91 profit, or would you have tossed it in the junk pile?

From piles of junk to a clean space. Sometimes the before and after says it all. Another job done and another space cleared out!
