Independent House Cleaner / Housekeeper

Pay Rate: %50 of job after your trained and clean alone. The job prices vary. Weekly pay is completely up to you! $20 per hour during training.

We provide the clients and booking services, and you manage the cleaning! This is a 1099 independent contractor position, which gives you the flexibility to choose your own availability and service areas.
What You’ll Do:Perform high-quality residential, move-in/move-out, or turnover cleanings. Clean and sanitize kitchens, bathrooms, living areas, and bedrooms. Dust, vacuum, sweep, and mop floors. Change and launder bed linens and towels. Report any property damage or maintenance concerns to management.

Requirements Must have 3 years of professional residential or hospitality cleaning experience.
Reliable transportation with a valid driver’s license and auto insurance. Must provide your own eco-friendly cleaning supplies and equipment (e.g., vacuum, mop) supplies need to be in good professional, working condition! Inspections need to be done regularly to make sure things are kept professional.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently without supervision.
