No phone calls. No chasing people down. No unnecessary back-and-forth. No exceptions to our booking process.

If you can simply text, email, or message us, receive our links, accept our calendar invite, review our business agreement, complete our checklist, and acknowledge our disclosure, then we can move forward with getting you booked!
And before someone says, “Well, some people aren’t good with technology…” — this isn’t about that.
It’s 2026. This is how we operate, and this is how we’re going to continue operating.
We are a BUSINESS, not a one-person operation sitting by the phone all day.
Our systems are in place for a reason. They keep everything organized, create a written record, establish expectations, protect our assistants, and help us get clients scheduled efficiently.
And I’m going to be honest about something else. 👇
Almost every time I’ve had to get on a phone call to discuss a cleaning, it turns into a 30-minute explanation of someone’s circumstances, finances, personal situation, and why they feel they should receive a discount.
I have compassion for people. I genuinely do. ❤️ I love helping people, and the entire purpose of our business is to provide a service that helps make someone’s life easier.
But compassion does not mean we negotiate our prices based on personal stories.
Our prices are our prices. Our packages are structured the way they are for a reason. We pay our assistants, operate a legitimate business, provide our equipment and supplies, and maintain systems that allow us to serve multiple households.
We cannot build our business around making exceptions for every situation, and we will not discount our services because someone can give us a long enough explanation of why they need one.
And here’s the part people don’t always consider: that 30-minute phone call isn’t getting your house cleaned. It’s not getting your paperwork completed. It’s not getting your calendar invite accepted.
It’s potentially delaying your booking.
When you want a particular day and time, the fastest way to secure it is to follow the process, complete the requirements, and communicate with us through our established channels.
We are not trying to make things difficult. We’re trying to make things EFFICIENT.
If you value a professional company with clear expectations, organized communication, documented agreements, and a team that shows up ready to work, then we’re probably a great fit for you.
If our process doesn’t work for you, that’s okay, too. There are other businesses that may operate differently.
But The Home Guru FL LLC is not changing its entire business model to accommodate unnecessary phone calls or negotiate established pricing.
We can be compassionate AND have boundaries.
We can help people AND run a profitable business.
We can be friendly AND professional.
And we can care about our clients without abandoning the systems that keep our business running.
