Had to go in and repair a sewer line at the new Street Cart Bagels in Phoenixville PA that another company "Repaired" several years ago. The previous company didn't pull permits, hit the water line and fixed it with shark bites, used the wrong connectors for the sewer line which caused it to sink and backfilled everything with the wrong fill. We were happy to get things flowing again by pull permits, properly compacted below the pipe, cutting upstream to achieve proper slope, repair the water line properly, get it inspected and backfill properly.

Well water line burst under front porch with the cold temps and flooded basement. Pipe and pump wire were 50 years old. I offered to repair or replace. Customer very much wanted to just replace the whole line, and I was happy to help. Because they were without water we were able to run this as an emergency for PA 1 Call and work with the municipal to expedite permitting.

This was an emergency water service job we just completed.

The customer’s well was failing, and since they were planning to switch to public water anyway, we helped make it happen fast. We coordinated with American Water and the municipality to push this project through and get their water back up and running.
