We will do your doors dash carpets and seats and detail wash on your vehicles. We know so many of y'all been waiting and it's greatly appreciated. We will get your vehicles back in shape and back into weekly to monthly routines and regiments that works your needs. The least we could do is help with pricing for you all being so loyal to us and I patiently waiting for this moment again.. So make us be overworked and overwhelmed again. HI I'm Rich 👋🏻 Well.. I'm here to thank and apologize for my hiatus over the months. As some here knew but almost no one knows. But you all are still here and still relentlessly referring and not that I even lost people y'all kept adding clients to the stack. Thank you 🙏🏻 SO✨ MUCH. it's just time to kind of let you all know what the scoops been. Because it's been months of rebuilding. Ever since I started this business I've had every hurdle in the world taking away why I shouldn't be doing this from broken down equipment to vehicles to losing family and friends. As many of you know I've been holding back on some disability I have. And overwhelmed with the rapid growth that start happening here. Over the past 3 years I forgot about myself and life in general. Pushing about 3 hours of sleep after the day was over getting ready for the next day etc. LIFE FINALLY FORCED ME TO STOP! and take a look around. As some of you all know I have a disability going on and demolished my foot and broke it in six places along the way of building rich and clean... And just kept going in it. So working on taking some time off for fixing myself. I had a stroke along the way back in April. Yeah that sucks. And July 19th it finally shut me down.. I can no longer run as I was driving and getting on the highway from bulverde road getting out of the ramp of 281I went through tunnel vision blacked out magically drove all the way across the highway smashed into the burial wall on the left side that's when I came back around and it was too late nothing but airbags surrounding me. as the wheel goes flying off no brakes it created to steer me across the other side of the highway to a head on collision to the right hand barrier wall hitting no vehicles and only damaging my own vehicle for a total loss are the vehicle and magically walked away from this with a fractured rib.
Sadly in time what did get damage was all my prior health issues causing me to look at a blank slate leave it to God as now and not only don't have a vehicle now. Because of a stroke just had to let everything go over it. How the heck am I supposed to do mobile detailing without a vehicle 🤦🏼 as this all becomes a little fact.. I'm ready to live my life in a wheelchair at this point on all that been created and unfortunately enforced on me now.
Putting the company out it put my mom out as a mom done her time being a mom and working two jobs as we where kids. As I'm looking at an empty driveway some equipment that is down some damage in the car accident. it's all been stripped from away and had to process a lot of things looking at a very dry depressing blank wall once again in my life.
HERE I GO AGAIN!
The back burner all along the way I've always said my customer have all become friends some like family. And these are the ones that did know the day my accident happened I was leaving from one of their places Michael Scherer as he and his wife came and grabbed me off the side of the highway and rushed me the emergency room. Saving the huge bill there because EMS was basically cattle roping me to get in that damn thing lol as all the airbags deployed they thought I was kind of a not knowing where I was doing or even thinking at but I just suffered a heat stroke and honestly just doing my best to come around and process the situation of WTF actually just happened oops
Michael help hold me up like a brother as I limped all the way through the hospital and he just kept an eye on me with his wife filling out all the paperwork as I was completely out of it and was there until my mom and my aunt arrived at the hospital for me and day in and day out checking on me from there love of this man too as Kain Smith The owner of SmithCo Home Builder & Remodeling LLC the other vehicle I was working on the day before. And all that I had admitted to him if I could leave early because I was getting a little Lulu from the heat and had one more place to kind of get to. I needed a break to kind of come back around LOL I was heading back to his place from Michels to get finished up on his truck. As I was feeling the same way at Michaels instead of his house for a little while but needed to get to the next place because I don't like letting people down Ugh 😩 but it's all becomes Tuesday events and let it be fun at the moment. But honestly it's been this bunsure journey I have met some of the kindness hearts from past to present. Kain wife an family have now all help push forward helping finding us a vehicle and another concern about my health with the help of a vehicle getting stable first as well. Everyone is crawled out of the woodwork on this. Even going to church service with a handful of customers client friends. And some I have still yet but to be going with but have been getting me there on Sundays.You all brought vehicles to my home heck the biggest boat ever from Cory Wood lol to help the business going
but as some things have progressed on me made me figure out just how completely broken I was. As very many of you all have been telling me to fix myself. I did kind of figured around this age it was going to finally hit me and wasn't wanting to go on disability and have a small income. Versus the living I was making running my own hours and control my destiny with what I've done best most my life. But it was a girl that became my best friend in life that even came to work on her day off one day and told me to sit down an amazing family she introduced me too that led me to even start this company uncertain of the future.
You all have understood the situation as well as kept me moving an put money on the table help with rides and still relentlessly referring me.
I just can't THANK YOU ALL ENOUGH 🙏🏻 all the accounts that have stayed there. Some which are like Sandi Whitaker Dillon Septic Apex RV my neighbors and community of Cypress Cove that have been there since this was a running business all believe in what was happening for the company an supported. Friends from high school that I meant years ago thank you all for making this dream a reality.
As I'm still doing a few vehicles I've had to face it I physically just can't do it no more and can only take in a few vehicles a little bit at time at the house.
Tony that's worked with me since the start of my first start over in this after family. that's been there for every lump bump and scar along the way has ridden this out with me and we have now come a long way with this damaging situation for a fresh start on this rebuild for us both.
We've come up with a work truck and another employee now. As they are going to be the mobile side of professional technician work. I'll be doing things out of my house for us an the close built friendships with clients we've kept working on while we tried helping others as well.. but I won't be doing mobile much longer and only when needed. As tony an I trained up a 3rd employee now ready to go with us. As both are a huge help as I start getting fixed and time off in healing. I'm still due for a surgery that got postponed over working on seeing a cardiologist about my heart issues first. Could the Open heart could be a stent could be changing just my lackluster healthy intakes like my daily blood pressure medicine. I hope it's that haha but no my heart skips a beat it blacks me out like a flip of a light switch for seconds been going on for about 5 years now I just overlooked it. It's been my heart trying to tell me something to find out. But needing all this to be done before I'm even going too able to now go under a knife for my back. As there going to rebreak my left foot to reposition it to wait a year basically to see if it helps my back. Or if this car accident was the final dagger 🙃 because there's just so much going on with me I don't even know anymore but it was after the accident that put me down. As yet I'll be fixing everything else I need to have fixed on me to live a more or less chronic pain-free life than I've been living in for a couple years now that consumes me an daily life. As simple things that are just not that hard are now and just unaware of how It's slowed me down now and overwhelming my thinking from this daily pain day and night.
So I've let go of the ropes and we have rebuilt and soon to be rebranding the name an much more in our combining business of our partnership. But for now we can now show up we can do it all once again. I just had to face the facts it can't all be done by me and life has just stopped me from doing it. I just have no words on how to THANK each and every one of you all for the referrals blowing the business up to even more than I could just handle on my own but I tried LOL But it's a good thing that everything happens for a reason and between him and I putting our pieces together finally over our knowledge it was getting everything built on the foundation created by you all that needed to be done. As you have always believed in the work no one touches my car but R&C an our process and just best of what I can do for good nature human as I try and be although I have my flaws too I'll admit. You all have called waiting for us to come back pushing us forward and ready to blow the doors off this thing again for us. So next up will be the appreciation we have for everyone on our rebuild with beginning low pricing once again for you all. For sure getting your vehicles refreshed for regular scheduled up keepings again. That you all date way back from the beginning to the customers we don't even know yet. Thank you all so very much for patiently waiting. And the ones that have come through quietly along the way. I just have to thank you all sorry for the tags LOL but thankful I started this business to meet so many people from their an our communities to business owners that's help me keep the faith of knowing it could be done again.
