Good morning Euphoria family 💗
After much research, financial examination and analyzation over the past year and meeting with my peers in the field, I have ultimately made a decision to raise my rates effective April 1st.
This was not an easy decision for me as I have created a wonderful relationship with each and every one of my clients and know this comes with the risk of losing your business. As I close in on my 1st year in business I now have a better understanding of the day to day in this field, the cost to keep things operating smoothly, my obligations as a small business owner and the new rates have been adjusted to reflect this and the current inflation including current gas prices.
New rate as of April 2022
Indian Trail (discounted) weekly/bi-weekly $37.50 hr
Non Discounted weekly/bi-weekly $40 hr
Deep cleans/monthly cleans/ 1x cleans $50 hr
Move in/ move out cleans $60 hr
This is a $5 increase per hour which means most clients will be paying me $10 extra each time I come out.
***I value each and every one of you and appreciate your business more than I could ever express. If for some reason this new rate is out of budget for you I will honor our current hourly rate. If you are satisfied with your services and are able to afford this adjustment it is greatly appreciated but not required as an existing client.
The friendship, trust and communication I have with each of you is of the utmost importance to me and I strongly encourage your feedback. If you feel I could be doing a better job in a certain area please always feel comfortable in letting me know. We all have specific things that stand out to us most, no 2 people are the same and I don't expect that to be the case when cleaning a home. I will always take your feedback and apply it as best I can to ensure your full satisfaction.
