Hi there, I'm Amelia!

I am an experienced housekeeper and deep cleaner with almost 9 years of combined experience in the cleaning industry, which includes owning and operating Amelia's Pristine Clean for the last 3½ years, mainly working closely with property managers to prepare their rental units for new tenants.

Moving season is coming fast, and I'm currently seeking a few property managers to contract with directly for their turnover/move-out deep cleans.

- Thorough cleaning of the entire unit, following a meticulous checklist to ensure that every accessible space is cleaned thoroughly and properly.
- Movable appliances will also be pulled out and cleaned up as well as walls and flooring behind them.
- Additional cleanup of construction debris that occurs during routine maintenance.
- Exterior cleaning of any safely accessible windows and doors.
- Vent covers, heating/ac units, and light fixtures.
