We get a lot of good reviews, and every so often, a bad one (but those are rare); but when we get one like this, that really highlights what we're all about as a company, we have to share it!

Do not hesitate to hire Best Junk Removal! My parents' home was damaged during Hurricane Helene when a tree fell through the roof. There was rain-soaked insulation, debris, and ruined furniture everywhere that had to be hauled and shoveled out before we could pack salvageable items or begin repairs. David replied to my initial text within minutes and came out to look at the house the next day, and scheduled to do the job within days during that first visit. The three guys who came out to do the work were, without exaggeration, all the friendliest, most hard-working people I've ever hired. They were careful and asked questions to make sure they were working in the right areas, and more than once they uncovered important documents and family heirlooms that had gotten caught up in the debris. When they finished in the main house they hauled things out of the basement and filled the rest of the space in the trailers with debris they picked up in the yard. I cannot recommend this company highly enough.

Recently, my sisters and I were faced with a task that we had considered to be insurmountable, if not impossible. Through a Google search, one sister located Best Junk Removal, noticing that it was a Christ-centered and Veteran-owned company. Both descriptions attracted our attention.
David quickly responded to our request for an estimate, and within a few hours, we were scheduled for service.
On the morning of the clean out, Tommy, Kaleb, Alex, and Thomas met us at our childhood home. They were gentlemen and consummate professionals in every way. Even more than being focused and hardworking, they were kind and gracious. Patiently listening to our questions and engaging us in conversations as we shared memories of our childhood. It quickly became obvious that they view their “job” as much more than removing items from various locations. It was apparent that David has encouraged each team member to positively impact the lives of all their customers.
At the end of the day, we decided we wanted to schedule another project with them. Now, after two days of hot and grimy work, the neglected backyard is clear of all unwanted items and overgrown vegetation, allowing us to see the backyard we had enjoyed as children!
Not only will we remember their hard work when we see all that was accomplished, but we will fondly remember the conversations we shared with the entire team. What we had anticipated with anxiety and dread was actually a wonderful experience!
