I charge $25 an hour off base and $30 on base

MOVE OUT CLEANING: I do request 2 days before inspection Nothing or nobody in the home please. The earlier we can start the better. 😁

Need a minimum of 2 days
BEFORE INSPECTION
If you are asking for a move out cleaning PLEASE BE OUT OF YOUR HOME COMPLETELY: it’s a lot of work to work around and then have to do over.

***if you are renting and carpet shampooing is in the lease: please do right and have it done.
I’ll gladly email you a receipt for your landlord.
