FOUR-TIER COMPENSATION STRUCTURE
1. Training - $15/hr
2. Supplemental work, as needed by management - $15/hr.
a. Note: Our ideal candidate will have the business savvy (after thoroughly researching this opportunity) to understand that $15/hr is OUR INVESTMENT in your success. Instead of pure sweat equity (or straight-commission profit sharing), we're willing to pay a nominal hourly rate as a part of your training program. We need an “owner mentality” partner, not an employee.
3. Territory commissions – 50% of operating profits (revenue minus operating expenses)
4. Franchise track (negotiable, based on performance)
Your efforts will help Angel Dry develop a proof-of-concept model for franchising our carpet, rug, and upholstery cleaning business. This is a critically important step in formalizing Angel Dry as a franchisor in 2022. Prospective franchisees will be able to start an Angel Dry franchise for under $10,000, one of the lowest startup costs of any franchise service in the U.S.
THE COMPANY
Angel Dry grew 300% in 2021 and is well-positioned for 300%+ growth in 2022.
Angel Dry is a leading innovator in non-toxic Green Seal® certified very-low-moisture “VLM” cleaning systems. The inventor and founder, with a background in digital marketing, software / systems development, and the flooring industry, launched the company in 2010. He went on to start other businesses in e-commerce and software, but as his focus shifted to those, Angel Dry continued to grow.
In 2020, he could no longer juggle between Angel Dry and his other business ventures. He hired a valedictorian and magna cm laude scholar athlete, fresh out of college and just entering his Graduate program at North Texas. Together, they grew sales by 300% in 2021. We can easily continue growing at 300%+, but in order for that to happen, our team needs an experienced manager to help fill in some gaps in management functions.
Stephen, “the marketing guy”, is based in San Diego, which leaves Andrew, a 24 year old business owner (minority equity partner) to manage daily operations, hiring, training, sales, customer service, and a 1,500 square-foot office / rug cleaning facility.
We must work at the highest efficiency possible to maximize value-creation at each step of Angel Dry’s growth path. That’s the difference between being a $500,000 company by this time next year and being a $2,000,000 company.
We’re huge believers in front-loading investment - 80 hours of effort invested in one week is worth more than 100 hours of effort in two weeks. For growth to happen at a level that drives success, momentum is critical.
Front-loaded investment (time, energy, effort, productivity) produces better results faster. Problems are solved more quickly, and we’re more agile as a team.

To sum up, we’ll be paying you huge commissions, treating you as we would potential franchisees, but you won’t have to invest any money into the business. If you meet your goals, you will be rewarded financially and with territory / contract exclusivity, just as we would do for a franchisee. The difference is you pay nothing. In fact, we will be paying you $15/hr as you complete your training and develop your assigned territory / markets.
