This is a great example of why home buyers should include a sewer line inspection when buying a home! This sewer line has multiple issues and needs replacement. The compromised Orangeburg pipe and root intrusion would have gone unnoticed—leaving these first-time home buyers with a huge replacement cost. 🚧🏡
