FedEx I have 5 platforms in which to put your absolute crap, delivery and customer service on blast. i intent to use every one of them. "Receipts" as they say, I have them all. from "your order is shipped, to your order has arrived, to your order is delayed, to your order is delayed yet again, to your order is out for delivery, back to, yes you guessed it, it is delayed again, from out for delivery, to oh now we wont be getting it you, until Monday." All the while, since Thursday, it has been a 20 minute drive away.
Meanwhile, you still charge covid shipping prices, which were and are BS. You are and always have been a useless company, UPS is far superior to you in every way from my experience.
I hope people finally catch on and boycott your useless company, this is what we did to the post office and they fixed some things. So maybe when your overinflated "bottom line" suffers, you will start to give AF.

Something I saw today and figured I’d expound about. If you have your concrete or tile pavers sealed and they are slippery when done, it was done wrong. No paver or tile should be slippery after they are sealed. That means they were sealed topically and used too much with no thought to aesthetic or serviceability.
so natural stone should never be topically sealed as you bought the natural stone for the look. Any topical sealant to natural stone will make it look horrible. I have seen it, I can show you pictures of how bad it looks. Looks like you’re looking through clear icing and inches of it to see your stone that is not why you went with the natural stone.
pavers, most of them are concrete, a porous material that should have a penetrating sealer first so there’s something inside the paver to keep the effervescence from coming through which is the lime, or the calcium that gets pushed up from water, providing pressure underneath the paver, and having nowhere else to go, but up through the paver, then possibly a glossing type agent added a year or so later to the top if you want that say, “wet look.” Now they make penetrating sealers that leave behind a wet look without putting anything on top and for me that is preferable to the aesthetic I try to provide my customers and we never have to worry about them slipping or sliding so you don’t have to add shark bite, dust or this glitter agent, or this capsule of stuff to the sealant in order to keep people from slipping around. In conclusion, if you have somebody who is going to seal or has sealed your pavers or your natural stone and they talkabout how it will be slippery or they’re going to do this to keep it from being slippery. Do not use that person. They do not know what they’re talking about, no idea what they’re doing and you are going to get hurt or worse yet, your children .
