I owe you an apology. Lately, my communication hasn’t been where it should be, and I take full responsibility for that. You trust me with your time, your homes and your experience, and you deserve consistency, clarity, and respect every single time.

Life threw a few things my way, but that’s not an excuse—it’s a reminder for me to do better. I’m actively working on improving my response times, staying more organized, and making sure each of you feels valued and prioritized like you should.
