Hello everyone, we received a phone call from a customer that needed some raccoons 🦝 removed from a 2 story office building/ shop. Apparently, over the weekend the raccoons fell through the ceiling tiles and into several offices. You can see the evidence of all the activity, clawing there way back into the ceiling. This is a great example to show you how offices are built within a steel building. Unfortunately for the customer it was never finished completely; not keeping critters out from in between exterior wall of building and office building out.

I’d like to first just say how much I love my work! Some days you get a call stating that there is a raccoon 🦝 in the house. This little bandit was apprehended without incident. He was pretty scared at first. But when we went in for the catch he really let us know he could sound like a grizzly bear. In the end he was happy to get out of the house.

It’s been a very busy few months. One of todays customers had been dealing with the stench of a decomposing animal for over a week. We were contacted to come out and investigate and remove animal. The raccoon was located in the middle of a large patio deck, boards were cut and removed along with contaminated soil. No foul play in the animals death is expected at this point. Customer was glad to get back to enjoying the back yard with the family.

Here we have some unwanted tenants of the attic trying to make their way back inside. Thankfully the home owners didn’t mind watching the kids till we could get there and have them removed.

Well it’s that time of year again, wildlife are on the prowl for a comfortable place to have their babies! This customer had pieces of soffit missing on the house, allowing access to the attic. Momma raccoon found her spot above the front room in the house and had 5 babies. We were successful in catching the mother before our recovery of the babies.

Some days are pretty late, and other days are really early! This customer had “birds” in their garage. We couldn’t get there until after the Jazz game, due to clients request; after 10 p.m.😂 Then received notification at 3 a.m. of our success of trapping the mother of 4! They were all safely removed humanly, and reunited with momma.

With all this craziness going on in the world right now, make sure you evict your nuisance animals quickly! This customer had gone on a business trip during the start of Corona, and came home to 6 raccoons in their utility room!
