We are incredibly grateful for the overwhelming support our community has shown our family business, especially since opening our pool store.
We knew there was a need for pool service in our area, but we never imagined just how many pool owners were looking for help. We have truly been blown away by the number of calls, messages, store visits, and service requests we’ve received this season.
As a family owned business, our natural instinct is to help everyone who reaches out. If you’ve met us, you know that’s who we are. The hardest part of this season has been realizing we simply can’t get to everyone as quickly as we’d like.
Please know we are actively working to grow and improve. We are investing in our business, expanding our capabilities, and doing everything we can to better serve our community. While there may be longer wait times during peak season for service appointments, our goal is to continue building a company local pool owners can rely on for years to come.
In the meantime, we’re always happy to help in our store with water testing, chemical recommendations, troubleshooting, and product support even when our service schedule is full.
We also want to sincerely thank everyone who has taken the time to stop in, call, message us, or share kind words about our team. Whether it’s appreciation for our service techs, excitement about having a local pool store, or hearing that we’ve helped make pool ownership easier, those moments mean more than you know.
Every customer who shops with us, trusts us with their pool, recommends us, or simply shares a kind word helps us grow and improve. Your support allows us to invest back into our business, expand our team, and help even more pool owners in our community.
This community has allowed us to grow far beyond what we imagined, and we’re proud to be building something that will be here for the long run.
