We are a family owned and operated business, my son Rio Niederquell took over the business in early 2020 & has been serving all of the San Luis Valley.

New policy changes for being on account, starting on January 1st, 2026

In response to multiple instances of non-payment over the past year, we are implementing revised account policies. The first month will remain fee-free. Beginning in the second month, a monthly fee of $150 will be applied, in addition to a $50 daily charge until the balance is settled. If payment is not received by the start of the third month, legal proceedings will be initiated. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation with these updated terms.
