We sometimes come across carpets that are in seriously bad condition. When we do our estimates over the phone they are based on your honesty to inform us of the condition or issues. Our flat rates cover normal cleaning with no issues. Some situations require extra chemistry and time. If your carpets look like extra work will be needed tell us and we can advise on the phone a more accurate estimate to get your carpets looking great again.

CoronaVirus.

First of all we hope you are all in good health.

We are all in a very new situation of staying in a hygienic environment and taking all precautions available to avoid anyone getting sick from the Covid-19 (Coronavirus) pandemic.

We all understand that personal hygiene (washing hands well and often) is a key factor in avoiding to catch the virus.

It is also possible to keep many surfaces clean using approved cleaning chemistry.

One of the problems people are having in the demand for this cleaning chemistry is higher than the supply, leading to shortages.

Also these cleaning chemistry’s are not safe on all surfaces. Some people are also chemically sensitive.

We maybe able to help. We can sanitize and sterilize using 300+F degree steam. This has the ability to kill the virus in just a few seconds. It is chemical free, safe on most surfaces including fabrics that cannot be chemically cleaned.

Also as water is a ready available resource we don’t have to worry about running out of cleaning product.

This is a more efficient and faster system as the chemistry based cleaners require 5 to 10 minute wet dwell time to reach efficiency which is very often overlooked. (Wet and wipe will not be effective)

Corona virus.

For those people that are told or think that cleaning your carpets will help with the corona virus. The fact is it will not. There is no method of cleaning a carpet that can sterilize. If anyone tells you or tries to sell you on carpet cleaning for removing viruses it simply won’t clean to that level. Unfortunately we live in a world where some people may try and take advantage using fear. The best way to avoid getting sick it to wash hands properly and often and don’t touch your face.
