We track down their path wiping down the baseboards to slow down the migration and will temporarily put down ant traps and inform you immediately. The issue will be monitored in on going cleanings. Move out/ Move in cleaning. Why is it so expensive? It's not just about the obvious dirt or odors. It's going above and beyond. Like tracking down the grim the sticky cooking oil between the stove and the cabinet that has glued the crumbs to the floor. Complete disassemble and reassemble the fridge can take up to 2 hours alone. Our goal is to have the place look as close to new as we can. However, can't fix damaged paint from scuffs, failure of the topcoat or mold that has become embedded into the grout.

Snow didn't stop us from taking care of our local Drs. Due to the rural nature of our community the hospital has rotating doctors come in and stay at the townhouse they provide. While we were wrapping up the Dr came in and told us how much he appreciated us ALWAYS having the place CLEAN AND SPOTLESS❤️
