These are crepuscular rays, shafts of light which are seen just after the sun has set and which extend over the western sky radiating from the position of the sun below the horizon.

They form only when the sun has set behind an irregularly shaped cloud or mountain which lets the rays of the sun pass through a cloud in bands.

We have expanded from the Sacramento area into the south San Francisco and Monterey bay areas

We perform what is called Bat remediation, 🦇 consisting of a 3 step program which begins with a comprehensive inspection of all the areas where they are roosting as well as where they are most likely to shift after the 1st step of our program ie,

1) Humane Bat (Eviction). (One way screen/apparatus installation-fabrication) Once they have left on their own, we then begin (sealing the gap’s ).

2) Step 2 (Exclusion).
Dealing the gaps (points of entry) 
We will determine what needs to be done to all areas during our initial inspection which generally will cost $325-$400 which will be applied to the entire bid for the job should you hire us. 
(We charge a 10% retainer once proposal costs are agreed upon. )*

ANTECH WILDLIFE MGMT’s initial inspection will allow us to prepare a comprehensive “proposal “ for the entire Bat remediation program.

As mentioned previously, (after your approval of the proposal.)
AND As part of a Grand Re- opening special; ONCE the Covid-19 tragedy, is behind us,
ANTECH WILDLIFE CONTROL will rebate 1/2 of the INITIAL inspection fee back to you at your Job’s completion.

Note: Some Insurance companies often Fund specialty companies like ours, so it is helpful that together “WE” make it clear to the underwriters that it is the bats who are the culprits, not rodents.
