A huge thank you to Diego and the team at Blaze Wings for having us in!

We kicked things off with the Mac & Cheese Balls, and wow, these things were fantastic. Perfectly crispy on the outside with creamy, flavorful mac and cheese on the inside.

Next up was the Blaze Bowl, loaded with mac and cheese, topped with fries and crispy fried chicken. It was over-the-top in the best way possible. The flavors came together perfectly, and the sauce absolutely nailed it.

Then came the wings. Blaze lets you choose between wet or dry, so naturally we had to try both. The Garlic Parmesan dry rub was packed with flavor, the Sweet Chili had the perfect balance of sweet and savory, and the Habanero sauce was a hit with my wife.

We went with the boneless wings, and they were cooked to perfection, crispy, juicy, and loaded with flavor in every bite.

From start to finish, Blaze Wings knocked it out of the park. If you haven't checked them out yet, put them on your list. We'll definitely be back!

The ribeye pork chop at Yianni’s Grill is absolutely incredible! The home potatoes are perfectly crispy, cooked just right, and loaded with flavor. Hands down one of the best breakfasts you’ll find in Tuolumne County. If you haven’t been yet, you’re missing out!
