We are seeking a detail-oriented Counter Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in customer service and cash handling, preferably in a retail or dry cleaners setting. The candidate will also need to be willing to learn all of the positions within the dry cleaners such as counter, presser, sorter, and bagging.

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Receive and process customer orders accurately
- Operate cash register and handle payments
- Provide information about services offered
- Assist customers with inquiries and resolve any issues promptly
- Maintain cleanliness of the counter area
- Handle dry cleaning orders efficiently

Experience:
- Previous experience in a customer service role * highly preferred
- Proficiency in cash handling and basic math skills
- Knowledge of dry cleaning processes is a plus
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment * highly preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $10.00 - $12.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
