If your pool water is looking cloudy, don’t panic — it just needs a little clarity 😉

✨ Today I added a water clarifier to the pool, and it’s already working its magic! Clarifiers bind tiny particles together so your filter can catch them — leaving you with crystal clear water.

📆 Pro tip: Use clarifier weekly or after heavy use, storms, or when your water starts to look dull.
💦 Because who doesn’t love that sparkling-blue, photo-worthy pool shine?

Is your pool water cloudy or hard to balance? It might be your alkalinity!

🔹 Total Alkalinity acts as a pH buffer, keeping your water chemistry stable.
🔹 Ideal range: 80–120 ppm
🔹 Low alkalinity = pH swings 🌪
🔹 High alkalinity = cloudy water & scaling ❌

✅ Test weekly
✅ Adjust with Alkalinity Increaser (to raise) or PH Down (to lower)

A balanced pool = a happy swim! 😎🏊‍♀️

💥 Why Do You Need to Shock Your Pool? 💦

If your pool water is looking cloudy, smelling strong, or irritating your eyes — it’s probably time for a shock. 👀

✨ Pool shocking means adding a big dose of chlorine (or other sanitizer) to:
✅ Kill bacteria & algae
✅ Destroy chloramines (those eye-burning, smelly compounds)
✅ Clear up cloudy water
✅ Refresh after heavy use, storms, or a lot of sunscreen & sweat
✅ Prep your pool for opening or closing

📅 Pro tip: Shock your pool at night for best results, and don’t swim until chlorine levels are back to normal (1–3 ppm).
