I had a elderly lady reach out to me, saying she came out of the store and someone had hit her car and didn’t report it. She couldn’t open her door anymore from the outside. She had been having to reach through from the passenger side to open it everywhere she went. It’s a 2014 ford focus, she’s on fixed income and only has liability insurance. The bodyshop quote was way over her budget. She said she really just wanted to be able to open her door again from the outside she wasn’t worried about way it looked. I picked her car up and 2 days later returned it to her, needless to say she couldn’t believe the outcome even though there are still a few flaws. No bodyfiller, no paintwork, just paintless dent removal.
