MOBILE DETAILING • SHOP SERVICES
In Spring 2025, we built our first mobile service vehicle with onboard water and electricity, giving us the ability to service customers right where they are and bring over 25 years of detailing experience right to you.
If the weather is reasonable or you have garage access in the event that it's not, we'll be there! This includes suitable parking garages at home or work!
We also offer shop services in Lake Bluff, Illinois for services that benefit from a controlled environment, additional equipment, or more time to properly complete the job.
Serving the greater Chicagoland and greater Milwaukee areas.

Bronze Exterior

Our entry-level exterior maintenance service designed to safely clean and refresh your vehicle.
• Vehicle body washed with purified water and professional paint shampoo

Paint Decontamination
From $130
Have paint that feels rough to the touch or has significant bonded contamination?
This service is designed to remove contaminants that a normal wash can't.
• Chemical iron decontamination of exterior paintwork
• Clay bar treatment
• Removes bonded contaminants such as industrial fallout, embedded brake dust, and other surface contamination
• Leaves paintwork smooth and properly prepared for additional protection
Final pricing may vary based on vehicle size and condition.

For customers looking to bring some additional gloss and protection back to their paintwork.

• Wax applied using a machine polisher

Includes Paint Decontamination.
A synthetic paint protection service designed to provide enhanced gloss and extended protection.
• Paintwork professionally prepared
• Synthetic sealant applied using a machine polisher and finishing pad

Protection longevity varies depending on vehicle use, environmental conditions, washing practices, and maintenance.

Paint Enhancement & Correction
Starting at $500
Have a vehicle that needs more finesse and TLC on the paintwork? Looking to bring back some of that lost lustre?
We offer custom paint enhancement and correction services for vehicles with neglected or compromised paintwork.
Concerns may include:
• Excessive swirling
• Scratching
• Oxidation
• Marring
• Loss of gloss and clarity
• Other paint defects
Includes Paint Decontamination.
Every vehicle is different, so this service includes an in-person consultation to inspect the vehicle, discuss your goals, establish realistic expectations, and determine final pricing.

Engine Bay Detailing
From $30+
The vehicle's engine bay is treated with a professional all-purpose degreaser and a variety of brushes and detailing tools are used to access what is readily reachable without disassembly of engine bay components.

Ozone Treatment
$30
Vehicle interior treated with a professional ozone machine designed to help neutralize persistent odors within the vehicle.
Results vary depending on the source and severity of the odor. Ozone treatment does not replace removal of the source of an odor.

VEHICLE & CONDITION SURCHARGES

Large Vehicle Surcharge
From $20+
Larger vehicles—including trucks, SUVs, CUVs, wagons, and vans—may be subject to an additional surcharge based on vehicle size and service requirements.
This reflects the additional labor, products, water, and time required throughout the course of service.

Soiled Vehicle Surcharge
From $20+
Heavily soiled vehicles may be subject to an additional surcharge based on the condition of the vehicle and the additional labor required.
Examples include:
• Excessive mud and dirt
• Heavy pet hair
• Smoker's film and ashes
• Excessive garbage or debris
• Other unusually heavy contamination
Please make sure your vehicle is free of all garbage, debris, personal belongings, child seats, and other removable fixtures prior to servicing whenever possible.
Items left inside the vehicle can take additional time to remove and prepare the vehicle for service.

Vivid Reflections Auto Salon provides mobile detailing throughout the greater Chicagoland and greater Milwaukee areas.
Mobile service within 10 miles of our home base is included.
Locations beyond 10 miles may incur a $.50-per-mile travel fee based on the service location.
Travel charges are confirmed at the time of booking.

Shop appointments are available at our Lake Bluff, Illinois location.
Our shop environment is particularly well suited for services that require additional time, equipment, or controlled conditions, including:
• Paint enhancement and correction

• Ceramic coating and other paint protection services

APPOINTMENT & CONDITION POLICY
---
Service pricing is based on the vehicle being in average condition for its age and intended use.
Vehicles with excessive contamination, pet hair, stains, odors, garbage, or other conditions requiring substantially more labor may be subject to additional charges.
Any additional charges will be discussed with and approved by the customer before additional work is performed.

CUSTOMER-SUPPLIED PRODUCTS

If a vehicle's owner specifically requests that we use a product not supplied by Vivid Reflections Auto Salon, a waiver must be signed absolving Vivid Reflections Auto Salon of responsibility for potential damage to vehicle surfaces resulting from the use of customer-supplied products.
The quality and compatibility of outside products cannot be safely verified by us.
