Seashore Cleaning Service is growing, and we're looking for dependable, motivated people who want to be part of what we're building.
We've been serving the South Jersey Shore since 2008, and we're entering an exciting period of growth and expansion. As we grow, we want to build our team with people who take pride in their work, enjoy being part of a good team, and want the opportunity to grow along with the company.
You don't need years of professional cleaning experience. We can teach you how we clean.
What we're looking for is much harder to teach:
Reliability. Honesty. A strong work ethic. Attention to detail. Good communication. A positive attitude. And being someone your teammates and our clients can count on.

What we offer:
• Starting at $20/hour
• Incentives and bonuses
• Approximately 20–30 hours per week, with opportunities for more
• Daytime work
• Approximately 4 days per week
• Paid training — experience is not required
• Mileage reimbursement between jobs
• Opportunity to grow with an established, expanding local company
What we require:
• Vechical and a valid driver's license (no exceptions)
• Background screening
• Dependability and good communication
• Ability to handle the physical demands of residential cleaning
Our clients trust us in their homes, and we've built our reputation over many years, so we're very selective about who joins our team.
