Ashley Lynn Maldonado, 36, passed away on Saturday, July 25, 2026.

She was born on September 11, 1989, in Snyder, Texas, to Santos Gutierrez Jr. and Amy Guerrero.

Services for Ashley are set for Friday July 31,2026 at 10:00 am, at Miller Family Funeral Home Chapel.

Ashley will be remembered for her kind heart, beautiful spirit, and the love she shared with those around her. She had a caring nature and a smile that could brighten a room. Whether spending time with family, laughing with friends, or simply being there for someone in need, Ashley made those around her feel loved and valued. Ashley enjoyed crafting, making blankets, wreaths, and her children's Halloween costumes, and making bows. She enjoyed coloring in her coloring books with gel pens, reading her bible, she enjoyed cooking. She loved her children with all she had.

She cherished the time she spent with her family and friends, creating memories that will be treasured forever. Her compassion, strength, and generous heart left a lasting impression on everyone who had the privilege of knowing her. Although her time here was far too short, Ashley's love and the joy she brought into the lives of others will continue to live on in the hearts of those who loved her.

She is survived by Her mother Amy Guerrero of Alvarado, Texas, her Father Santos Gutierrez of Snyder, Texas, Her 2 brothers Stephen Luna of Las Vegas, Nv, and Salvador Perez of Snyder, Texas. Her 2 sisters Amber Torres of Cleburne, Texas, and Sky Gutierrez of Snyder, Texas. Her 2 sons Adrian Gonzales of Lubbock, Texas, and Aden Gonzales of Lubbock, Texas. Her 2 daughters Adriana Gonzales of Dallas, Texas, and Andrea Gonzales of Little Rock, Ar., and one grandson Andres Rodriguez of Dallas, Texas.

She is preceded in death by her grandmother Angelina Gutierrez of Snyder, Texas, her sister in law Frances Tijerina of Lubbock, Texas, her best friend Pamela Guerrero, of Snyder, Texas, and best friend Angela Hester of Snyder, Texas, her Tia Chata Gutierrez of Snyder, Texas. Jose Angel Orona, born on April 1, 1935, affectionately known to many as "Canque," passed away peacefully on July 25, 2026, leaving behind a legacy of love, hard work, and cherished family memories.

Joe was a proud owner and operator of Orona Dirt Work and a well-known, retired heavy equipment operator. On April 30, 1955, he married the love of his life, Consuelo Campos. Together, they built a beautiful life centered around family and community.

To know Joe was to share a smile, as he always made people laugh. Friends fondly remember him as someone who was always ready to lend a helping hand or offer a funny gesture to brighten anyone's day. He was stubborn at times, but he possessed a deeply soft heart when it came to his children and grandchildren, holding an immense love for each and every one of them.

Outside of his professional life, Joe found simple joys in the world around him. He loved spending quality time with his family, visiting his friends, and relaxing outside with a Miller Lite while listening to his police scanner. He had a great appreciation for the simple things-he loved a good fire, good music, keeping a good dirt pile around for the kids to play in, and ensuring there was always watermelon or popsicles waiting in the fridge.

He is survived by his beloved wife of 71 years, Consuelo Orona. He leaves behind his devoted children: sons David Orona (and Mary Jane) of Snyder, TX; Sabino Orona (and Coleen) of Bandera, TX; Robert Orona (and Diana) of Roswell, NM; Tony Orona (and Kay) of Colorado City, TX; Ruben Orona (and Hortencia) of New Braunfels, TX; and Arturo (Head) Orona of Canyon Lake, TX; as well as daughters Josie Orona of Colorado City, TX; and Rita Orona Rushing (and Bill) of Humble, TX. He is also survived by his sister, Victoria Ornelas of Abilene, TX, and his brother, Higinio Orona of New Braunfels, TX. His legacy continues through his 15 grandchildren, 28 great-grandchildren, and 13 great-great-grandchildren.

Joe was preceded in death by his parents, Pedro and Josefa Orona; his son, Pedro Orona (Pete); his sisters, Beatriz Sanchez, Reyes Rangel, and Apolonia Campos; and his brothers, Concepcion Orona and Eduardo Orona.

The family wishes to express their heartfelt gratitude to the staff and employees at Sterling Hills Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center in Sweetwater, Texas, for their compassionate care and dedication during his time with them.

With profound sadness, we announce the passing of Gina Lynn Gannaway, born March 26, 1977, who passed away on June 11, 2026, and her beloved son, Tyler Lee McInturff, born November 7, 2019, who passed away on June 18, 2026, following injuries sustained in a tragic automobile accident. Also lost in the accident was Gina's long-time boyfriend, Joseph Ellis, a loving father figure to Tyler.

A graveside service celebrating the lives of Gina and Tyler will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Monday, July 20, 2026, at Peaceful Gardens Memorial Park in Lubbock, Texas. Family and friends are invited to attend as they gather to honor their memories and celebrate the love they shared.

Gina's greatest joy in life was her children. She was a devoted mother whose love, strength, and compassion touched everyone who knew her. Tyler brought endless happiness to her life, and the bond they shared was unbreakable. Joseph embraced Tyler as his own and loved him as a son, providing him with guidance, love, and unwavering support.

Tyler is now reunited in Heaven with his father, Larry (Turff) McInturff. We find comfort in believing they are together once again.

Gina is survived by her children, Kaydence Farris, Keleigh Farris, Connor Daniels, and Alyc Stephenson; her sisters, Ashley Owens and Courtney Owens; her brother, Michael Owens; her biological mother, Kathy Deshler; the mother who lovingly raised her, Dee Buendia, and her husband, Charles Buendia; her stepbrothers, Charles Buendia, Courtney Buendia, Stephen Buendia, and Danielle Buendia; along with many nieces, nephews, extended family members, and dear friends who will forever cherish her memory.

Tyler is survived by his siblings, Kaydence Farris, Keleigh Farris, Connor Daniels, and Alyc Stephenson; his paternal grandparents, Larry McInturff Sr. and Denise McInturff; and many aunts, uncles, cousins, and loved ones who will forever hold him in their hearts.

Though their lives were taken far too soon, Gina and Tyler leave behind a legacy of unconditional love, kindness, and cherished memories. Their laughter, compassion, and the joy they brought to those around them will never be forgotten.

Eddie Dywaine Beal, age 77, of Snyder, TX, went home to be with the Lord on Tuesday, June 30, 2026, at Good Life Senior Living & Memory Care Center in Snyder, TX. He was born January 3, 1949, in Coleman, TX, the eldest of two sons of the late Eddie Beal and Velma Lee Savage Beal.

Dywaine graduated from Arlington Baptist College and Seminary in Arlington, Texas, with a master's degree in theology. Dywaine was a dedicated Christian strong in faith who believed in leading by example. Over his lifetime, he served in his communities as a deacon, youth pastor, associate pastor, and pastor. Additionally, Dywaine worked in business in his earlier years and then spent a full career in government service with the State of Texas.

Through his careers and service with various churches, he was dedicated to the service of others, embodying his dedication to living the values of a Christian life. Dywaine was a highly intelligent man who had a passion for knowledge. He loved to read anything from Tolkien to Larry McMurtry. He enjoyed watching historical documentaries. Dywaine loved to build. His home in Snyder with his wife Sherry was a passion project that he worked on for several decades, adding additions and designing the landscape all by hand.

Dywaine was highly intelligent, but he also had a very clever sense of humor and could make people laugh. Throughout his life, he enjoyed playing pranks with his brother, best friend, and cousins. Leaving stories that family and friends are still talking and laughing about today. He had other passions which he shared with his children and grandchildren such as family game nights, his love of animals, and sports, especially his love of NASCAR.

In addition to his parents, Dywaine was preceded in death by his brother, Barry Lane Beal and his best friend since childhood whom he considered his brother, Larry Richards of Ira, TX.

Dywaine is survived by his beloved wife, Sherry Alston Beal of Snyder, TX, and their son, Samuel Lane Beal of Grand Prairie, Texas. His first wife, Kathy Boykin Shaw and their daughter, Mitzi Dawn Beal VanderArk of Qingdao, China.

He is also survived by his four grandchildren, Matthew Blane Beal of Watauga, TX, Kayla Gabrielle Garcia Winnemore of Colorado Springs, CO, Hannah Elise Garcia Snow of Wellington, CO, and Mckayla Ann Beal of Harker Heights, TX as well as 5 great grandchildren. Additionally, Dywaine is remembered by many extended family members and friends who will deeply miss him.

Cremation has taken place, and a celebration of life service will follow at a later date in Coleman, TX. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial contributions be made in Dywaine's memory to The Parkinson's Foundation and American Heart Association.

Alma Romero, aged 59, peacefully entered into rest on Saturday, June 13, 2026, leaving behind a legacy of beauty, warmth, and deep, unconditional love.

A gifted landscaper, Alma's passion for plants, gardening, and nature was evident to all who knew her; she truly had a gift for making things grow and thrive. As much as she loved the earth, her greatest joy was her family. Alma cherished the simple, beautiful moments of togetherness-watching Wheel of Fortune, crafting, and gathering around the table to share a meal with her children and grandchildren. Her family fondly remembers their time living in California, where Alma loved walking along the shore, collecting seashells, and breathing in the ocean air.

Alma was welcomed into eternity by her beloved parents, Santos Lopez of Lamesa, Texas, and Aurora Spencer of Corcoran, California.

Her spirit and nurturing heart live on through those who carry her memory. She is survived by her children: son Evan Romero and his wife Nancy of Snyder, Texas; son Philip Romero of San Antonio, Texas; and son Kit Romero and his wife Laura Jean of Snyder, Texas. She was the cherished grandmother to Lilliana F. Romero, Lorenzo G. Romero, and Araelia C. Romero. She is also survived by her sisters, Lee Deavers of Snyder, Texas, and Alice Aguiniga of Corcoran, California.

Alma leaves behind a family who will forever treasure the lessons, laughter, and unconditional love she shared throughout her life. Her memory will be kept alive in every blooming garden, every warm family gathering, and every quiet moment in nature.

Brenda Gail Burleson, 65, passed away peacefully in her home on June 15,2026 surrounded by family and close friends. Gail was born on January 1, 1961, in Snyder, Texas. She was the daughter of Tom and Sara Elam.

Services are set for Thursday June 18, 2026, at 2:00 PM at Colonial Hill Baptist church, with Pearlene Nolan and Reid Johnson officiating. There will be no burial to follow, as Gail's wishes were to be cremated.

Gail lived a life rooted in Christian faith, always putting others before herself. She dedicated her life to loving, serving, and encouraging those around her, leaving a lasting impact on everyone blessed to know her. Gail was a hard worker all her life, beginning work at an early age and approaching every responsibility with dedication, integrity, and determination. She believed in giving her best in all she did, and her strong work ethic was evident throughout her life.

When Gail retired, she devoted herself wholeheartedly to her family, cherishing every moment she could spend with her grandchildren. Nothing brought her greater joy than being with them, creating memories, sharing her love, and watching them grow.

Gail had a love for shopping, birdwatching, gardening, and spending time with her beloved dog, Sebastian. She found joy in life's simple pleasures, whether tending to her flowers, watching the birds visit her yard, searching for the perfect find while shopping, or enjoying the companionship and unconditional love of Sebastian.

Gail will be remembered as a friend to many, a loving mother and grandmother, and a woman of unwavering faith, kindness, and compassion. Reymundo Garza Salinas, 83, passed away peacefully on June 10, 2026. Born on February 25, 1943, in San Diego, Texas, Reymundo was the son of Teófilo Salinas and Pilar Garza.

He lived a life defined by hard work, dedication, and a deep love for his family. He was married to his wife Alvida Salinas for 64 years. For 45 years, Reymundo worked in the oilfield, building a career through determination and perseverance. After retiring from the oil field, he spent another 15 years working as a painter, a testament to his strong work ethic and desire to stay active and productive.

When he wasn't working, Reymundo enjoyed the things that brought him happiness. He was a loyal Dallas Cowboys fan who looked forward to game days each season. He loved spending time outdoors fishing, preparing meals for family and friends, and creating memories with those he loved most.

Reymundo will be remembered as a hardworking man, a devoted family member, and a friend to many. The lessons he taught, the memories he created, and the love he shared will continue to live on in the hearts of all who knew him.

He is survived by his wife Alvida Salinas of Dunn, Texas, His seven sons, Ray Salinas, Paul Salinas, Johnny Salinas, Omar Salinas (Rachel), Mark Salinas, Tyrone Salinas (Elaine), Saul Salinas, and two daughters Monica Salinas and Susan Salinas. 39 grandchildren and 41 great grandchildren. His two sisters Alma and Hermelinda.

Above all else, he loved being a father and grandfather. His family was the center of his world, and he cherished every moment spent with them.

Joseph enjoyed cooking for those he loved, cheering on the Dallas Cowboys, and sharing laughs with family and friends. One of his favorite daily routines was talking with his brother, a bond that meant so much to them both. He is survived by his two daughters Arriana Jacobo and finance Aaron Chaidez of Snyder, Anisa and husband Orlando of San Antonio, Texas and his Only son Nathan and his wife Daniela, as well as four grandchildren, Arion Michael Chaidez of Snyder, Autumn, Avayah, and Anna Havner of San Antonio, Texas. His brother Russell Havner Jr. and wife Karla of Snyder, Texas, His wife Naquetta Hernandez of Snyder, Texas, two stepsons Jason Hernandez and Liam Hernandez of Snyder, Texas, and his mother-in-law Corina Gaona of Snyder, Texas. As well as many nieces, nephews, and cousins and friends.

He is preceded in death by his parents Russell Havner and Abelina Tercero and his grandparents and many cousins.

He will be remembered for his kind heart, his sense of humor, and the love he freely gave to those around him. Bobby Gene Hataway, Jr., 63, passed away on May 30, 2026. Born on April 18, 1963, in Snyder, Texas, Bobby lived a life filled with love for his family, the outdoors, and the simple joys of life.

A Memorial service celebrating Bobby's life will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Thursday, June 4, 2026. The Memorial service for Bobby will be held at Miller Family Funeral Home Chapel.

Bobby enjoyed fishing, spending time on the water, watching sports-especially football-and traveling whenever he had the opportunity. He especially enjoyed traveling to Ruidoso, New Mexico. He also loved cooking for family and friends and treasured the moments spent gathered around the table with those he loved.

Bobby is survived by his loving wife, Cindy Hataway; his mother, Jean Hataway; his step-daughter, Casey Kellner; step-grandchildren, Corie Unger, Kimberly Kellner (Avery Gonzales), and Kelcey Kemp; great-grandson; great-grandson, Noah Gonzales; aunt, Betty Dyan Jones; and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, extended family members, and friends who will miss him dearly.

He was preceded in death by his father, Bobby Hataway, Sr.
