This job was a nightmare old 1923 home in Everett. All demo work. Some of these walls had four layers on them, sheetrock, 1/8 inch wood paneling, Joint Compound, and shiplap. I also tore out the chimney from the roofline to the the concrete pad below the underfloor (2 Story home) we demoed everything down to Bare studs, trusses, Joyce and floor. There were 3 dump conex container full of debris and insulation, also demoed the old original windows and saved the window trim. If you know anything about old windows like that you know sometimes that's a pain in the butt to take apart. Well I have to say I'm happy with the outcome and we are going to go on to do the framing next. Thanks to my buddy Jack who not only surprised me but impressed me with his hard work, and stuck it out with me till the end of the job. That insulation was nasty! Well the homeowner was happy which makes me happy and he got it for a price that he was looking for which also in turn gave me more work out of the guy he even gave me a referral with somebody he knows for another job good week for sure thanks to my wife's brother-in-law Caleb who gave me this referral in the first place thanks bro. Hard work pays off out here in this world. And I thank God for the great life and all the blessings that I have. My wife is my foundation in life she keeps me up thanks babe!
