To minimize the risk of costly repairs, we encourage customers to exercise good judgment when loading washers. Please note that we may refuse service to individuals who damage equipment due to their own negligence.

Overloading is definitely not good for equipment and also prevents laundry from washing or drying properly 😊

We collect any laundry left behind daily at closing time. We retain it for approximately two weeks and if unclaimed, it is donated or discarded.
