Weekends are for getting ready for the next week.

When you’re not a “one size fits all” kind of cleaning company, there’s a lot more work to be done behind the scenes.
We considered switching to a more conventional “this is what you get” company, but we just don’t think it would work for us; or our clients.

Thank goodness it’s Friday!

I had to stop for a minute yesterday and soak up this sight.
There is something so beautiful about seeing my team clean the very first kitchen I cleaned under Crystal Clean Home Services.

Some of you know my story, to those who don’t; welcome to how the greatest cleaning service came to be.

I worked for a cleaning company for just under 4 years. I got sick with Covid, and used my last $200 for a test in order to be able to keep my job. When I was finally starting to feel a little better, I got a call. This call brought my whole world crashing down - the business was closing. No warning or reason why, just done.
After the fear and anger settled, I weighed my options: go back to the Hyatt or call a phone number that was written on a post it note a year plus beforehand.

I called the number on the post it note and now here we are.

Even if you don’t believe in yourself, someone out there does. ✨

At Crystal Clean Home Services all cleanings are based on each individuals needs. That means even if you have the same size house as your neighbor, you will pay different rates.

These rates are determined by a free walk through. It does mean an extra step before you get to book your first cleaning, but it ensures a fair price that reflects your needs.

Last month I asked Dillion what I could do to help him be even more successful; his answer was so genius I can’t believe we never did this before.

We now have completely customized lists for each and every cleaning. 🎉

While all of the information can be found in the app we use, it’s a hassle. You have to stop what you’re doing, take your gloves off, get your phone, open the app… you get the point.

These lists will not be left at cleanings, but if you’d like a copy of yours, I’m happy to print you one.
