🏘️Starting February🏘️🏘️ 28th we are going to start our pre spring deep clean specials🏘️🏘️ this will also include our Move In Move out cleans..now prices are🏘️ subject to change if you live more than 20 miles or more away from smiths station Al.we will charge a one time travel fee starting at 15.00-45.00 because 🏘️we will travel up to 2-3 hrs away If your job is priced @ 300.00 & up which would be your regular prices instead of specials unless you pay for the add ons during our🏘️ special.we do ask for a 50.00-100.00 deposit up front.we ask if you have to reschedule or cancel just please give us a 48hr notice and if you cancel we will refund you asap.your deposit 🏘️🏘️goes toward your clean.our special will run up until March 20 th or our first 25 clients who book..🏘️
These are priced and things we include in the different specials we have going on..
🏘️We are doing 3.5 hr Deep clean or move in move out deep cleans for 150.00 this is on our 3bed upto 3bath homes
4 bed upto 4 bath 🏘️🏘️homes 🏘️
5bed 5 bath homes
Included you can choose the main things so we are sure 🏘️to get it done first unless you pay the🏘️ extra hours we stayed which is 20.00 each additional hour.
Baseboards wood or hard plastic blinds ceiling fans toilets 🏘️tubs showers basins.clean down all cob webs & dust🏘️ bunnies.clean inside & outside of the stove 🏘️microwave and only on move in move outs do we do inside of the refrigerator..we charge 10.00-25.00 extra if home is🏘️ occupied just depends on what all or how much we have to take it and put back in..we 🏘️do not just Wipe🏘️ around things on your surface tops we move everything and clean up under and disinfect all countertops🏘️ straighten everything back nice and neatly.we shine all stainless steel we🏘️🏘️ clean all mirrors wipe 🏘️🏘️down all interior windows and sills doors and frames and all cabinet doors.if homes vacant we 🏘️clean out all🏘️ cabinets.sweep mop vacuum pull all trash put new bags in and 🏘️make all beds at🏘️ customers request.we just ask that if you're not home please set linen at foot of bed or on dresser.
We are licensed 🏘️bonded insured trustworthy reliable honest and we will not leave your home until you do a walk through with us and let us 🏘️🏘️know if all is done that you expected it to be and done right.we want you to be happy with our work trust us with your home and getting it clean🏘️🏘️ smelling good so you can just come in and relax and enjoy your new clean without a regret one of hiring 🏘️us.if you decide to become a regular client weekly bi🏘️ weekly monthly one time cleans special event cleans we do give you 20.00 off of 🏘️your 3rd & 6,standard clean & 40.00 off your next 🏘️deep clean which I would only suggest two deep cleans a year.🏘️

🏘️1 bed 1 bath 50.00-75.00 it could be more than 50 if it's a distance away.
2 bed 1-2 baths 🏘️75.00-95.00🏘️
3bed 1-3 baths basic; 85.00 -100.00
🏘️4 bed 1-4 baths (125.00 1-2 baths) (3-4 baths 130.00)(All 4 bedroom monthly🏘️ (standard cleans are) (160.00-175.00)
5bed 5baths ( 5-1/2 baths 150.00)- (5 🏘️🏘️beds 3-4 baths 160.00 bi weekly )(monthly 220.00 -245.00) please go ahead message me at 334 520 0947 and 🏘️🏘️let's get you booked.we truly book at least 20 -25 bookings within second week of🏘️ advertising our deep clean specials at this price ..If you contact us this week starting 🏘️tomorrow Sunday🏘️🏘️ February 20th until this Friday February 25th we will take off 15.00 off your deep 🏘️clean..🏘️

🏘️🏘️Also our decluttering & organizing with our deep clean move in move out specials would be 20.00🏘️🏘️ -60.00 a room it's just according to what it is 🏘️🏘️you need and want done us hauling things away to good will dumpster etc🏘️🏘️ packing reorganizing downsizing we will do whatever you want done with your decluttering or organizing.you can🏘️🏘️ also just wait until we do our decluttering organizing specials of entire home the first two weeks of April that's our next special.one of them 🏘️anyway.we will have 4 rooms of deep cleaning organizing & decluttering of the same rooms for 125.00- 200.00🏘️🏘️🏘️
This you will have to book for the
Month of April starting April 3rd - April 18th.
