🍬 THE TRAIL IS OPTIONAL! You DO NOT have to walk through the haunted trail to trick-or-treat! Come get your candy and enjoy the Halloween fun either way!

🧡 PARENTS, USE YOUR BEST JUDGMENT! We recommend bringing smaller children earlier if they want to experience the trail. Things can get pretty spooky after dark!

❤️ KEEP IT FAMILY FRIENDLY! This is a FREE community activity for families to enjoy. Please watch your language and actions. There will be little ears and eyes everywhere!

As setup gets underway, we wanted to go over a few things before Saturday night! We are SO excited to bring a little extra Halloween fun to our community! 🧡

💰 YES, IT’S REALLY FREE! No tickets, no admission, no catch! Just a little Halloween fun for our families and community!

💀 SMALL TRAIL, BIG SCARES! Don’t let the size fool you! 😂 This may be a small haunted trail, but we’re packing it FULL of jump scares and surprises! And once it gets DARK DARK… even the adults might be questioning their bravery! 😈👻 Parents, please use your best judgment with younger children!

👻🎃 SMITHFIELD… THE MAGIC TUNNEL MONSTERS ARE STEPPING OUT OF THE TUNNEL! 🎃👻

Y’all thought the scares were over?! NOT QUITE! 😈💀

We’ve had so many people asking us to bring back the Haunted Carwash, and while we won’t be doing another one this year, our monsters aren’t ready to call it quits! 😂

This Saturday night, we’re taking the scares out of the tunnel and joining in on a longtime community Halloween tradition in Downtown Smithfield! 🧡

We’re bringing some familiar faces, a few NEW monsters, and some NEW scares to a FREE, SMALL HAUNTED TRAIL for our local trick-or-treaters and families!

🎃👻 A FEW THINGS FOR PARENTS TO KNOW!

🍬 The haunted trail is completely OPTIONAL! You do NOT have to walk through the trail to enjoy trick-or-treating! We want everyone to have a fun Halloween, whether you’re coming for the candy or the scares!

🧡 PARENTS WITH LITTLE ONES: If your younger children want to experience the trail, we HIGHLY recommend bringing them earlier in the evening during trick-or-treating when there’s still some daylight! There may still be a few spooky surprises, but it’ll be a little less intimidating for our smaller visitors.

⚠️💀 FAIR WARNING… WHEN IT GETS DARK, THINGS GET A LITTLE DIFFERENT! 💀⚠️

Once that sun goes down and it gets DARK DARK, those Magic Tunnel monsters might just turn things up a notch! 😈😂

We’re talking about the kind of scares that might even have MOM AND DAD questioning why they agreed to walk through! 🤣👻

While this is a family-friendly community activity, please use your own judgment when deciding whether the haunted trail is right for your children. There will be scary characters, surprises, and jump scares, especially after dark!

🧡👻 JOHNSTON COUNTY, Y’ALL BLEW US AWAY!!! 👻🧡

WOW. Just WOW. 🥹❤️

We honestly don’t even know where to begin! The amount of love, support, and PATIENCE you guys showed us last night at Magic Tunnel’s FIRST Haunted Carwash was absolutely incredible!

As a small business owner, nights like last night remind me just how blessed I am to be part of such an amazing community. ❤️ Seeing everyone show up, wait in those lines, and support something we worked so hard to put together means more than you will ever know!

Was everything perfect? Absolutely not! 😂 We learned A LOT! We learned what worked, what was awesome, and definitely a few things we need to do differently next time. But that’s what the first year is all about — learning, growing, and figuring out how to make it BIGGER, BETTER, AND SCARIER NEXT YEAR! 💀🎃

We had SO MUCH FUN, and we hope you and your families did too!
