Happy Monday!! Y’all I’m not going to sugar coat this post! I run a successful business in a female dominated industry. We put our ALL into our clients and I have several companies that I refer a potential client to if I am too expensive, if I don’t have availability or if I just simply cannot meet their needs/standards(because I am not always a good fit for everyone)
When I do these referrals and a potential client told me another company talked bad about another company, WOMEN!!!!! What are we doing?! We need to lift up and support one another! There are plenty of clients to go around! I will never understand this but I will stand firmly on the ground, if you want to hire someone who puts another business down(unless it’s theft, attitude, etc) I will not be doing business with those potential clients and those companies can say goodbye to my referrals.
So if you support women run businesses want want to be empowered or supported, follow me, I’ll show you all the amazing women I’ve had the pleasure of meeting in this industry, and let’s w**d out the negativity!

Running a business is hard, but it truly is incredible the way a clean space can bring someone so much peace after a long day! Thats the main reason I do this! Before starting my business I was a server at a local restaurant for 15 years, but the kind of tips I get now are completely priceless🥹
From baked goods, to coffee is ready with help yourself notes.
From notes of if you’re thirsty the fridge is stocked, to sometimes cash/gift cards.
From thank you texts, to kids leaving me pictures and resin ducks.
From beautiful barely worn hand me downs for my kiddos, to do you like this table, we’re getting a new one if you want it!
From please feel free to take a lunch break and use the kitchen, to I am running for lunch/coffee want anything?
I love my wide variety of clients and personalities! I’d like to think we’ve bonded through my attention to details and my quirky personality, but you’d have to ask them 😂
With that being said, I am in the process of training Rebecca Perera to take over a good chunk of my schedule!😅 Which means, I HAVE SLOTS OPEN FOR LATE SEPTEMBER AND EARLY OCTOBER!
