Spring is here and it’s time for some outdoor cleanup! Today we cleaned and sealed a stamped concrete patio. It looks fresh and new again. We also cleaned an epoxy garage floor to remove all the salt and grime that winter brings in. Luxury Vinyl Plank or LVP is a great flooring choice but it can still hold a lot of dirt. This floor gets mopped almost daily but you can see by the white cotton pad used for cleaning that it still had a lot of embedded dirt. This client had wax buildup on her engineered hardwood floors. They started looking dull and scratched up. Dakota Floor Restoration to the rescue! We removed all of the wax buildup then screened the floor and color corrected all of the spots where stain was missing. Then we applied 2 coats of new finish that will protect her floors from future scratches and damage. If you have a floor like this give us a call. We may be able to help!

This client has hardwood floors that were in need of some help. They had wax applied all over and it was trapping dirt and making the floors look terrible. We performed a wax removal and then screened and recoated the floors with a nice satin finish. Now the floors look clean with a consistent shine all the way across. The best part is that it was done in a day and cost less than half of a full sanding and refinish. This new homeowner was told that the carpets had been cleaned before they moved in. They still felt crunchy and looked dirty. After coming in and cleaning them again I was able to remove this much dirt, hair and debris. That’s why I use top notch equipment and processes for cleaning carpets.
