I worked with a client on her hardwood floors this week so she could put her house on the market. The floors were very worn in areas and had lots of scratches from pets. I performed a screen and recoat with full color correction and put 2 new coats of finish on the floor. This all cost about 1/3 of a full refinish job and turned out great. If you have a floor that needs some sprucing up give me a call.

Spring is here and it’s time for some outdoor cleanup! Today we cleaned and sealed a stamped concrete patio. It looks fresh and new again. We also cleaned an epoxy garage floor to remove all the salt and grime that winter brings in. If you have a need for either of these services give us a call and get in the schedule before it’s full. 605-261-0414.

Luxury Vinyl Plank or LVP is a great flooring choice but it can still hold a lot of dirt. This floor gets mopped almost daily but you can see by the white cotton pad used for cleaning that it still had a lot of embedded dirt. Give us a call today if you have floors like this that are looking dull and lifeless. We can clean and buff them or even refinish them!
