I worked with a client on her hardwood floors this week so she could put her house on the market. The floors were very worn in areas and had lots of scratches from pets. I performed a screen and recoat with full color correction and put 2 new coats of finish on the floor. This all cost about 1/3 of a full refinish job and turned out great. Spring is here and it’s time for some outdoor cleanup! Today we cleaned and sealed a stamped concrete patio. It looks fresh and new again. We also cleaned an epoxy garage floor to remove all the salt and grime that winter brings in. Luxury Vinyl Plank or LVP is a great flooring choice but it can still hold a lot of dirt. This floor gets mopped almost daily but you can see by the white cotton pad used for cleaning that it still had a lot of embedded dirt. Give us a call today if you have floors like this that are looking dull and lifeless. We can clean and buff them or even refinish them!
