Ok loves I NEED help!!! Long story short the landlord has not been paid in MONTHS and his property has been destroyed, more than that his wife has recently passed and he needs a break from this disaster!

Ok. We gotta talk about these pics. I enjoy a good challenge and love a good before and after…this is child abuse and neglect. Cleaners can tell a difference in mess, there’s a very clear difference between “I have kids and it’s messy” and abuse. This home has roaches, cigarette odor, dirt and grime everywhere, a health hazard, and drugs laying around. And before someone goes to their defense, they’ve lived here less than 6 months, didn’t pay their landlord rent, and destroyed a beautiful home. I’ll be busy today..I’ll show you guys updates later🫶🏼

Weekly in common used areas…kitchen, livingroom, restrooms..

Bi weekly in bedrooms

Monthly for unused rooms
