The sky might not be falling down… but this grease sure is. (Trust we have great taste in music)

We removed approximately 1–1.5 inches of grease buildup from this exhaust system. Buildup this heavy restricts airflow, makes the system work harder and creates a serious fire hazard.

This is why routine hood cleaning matters.

The Klean Time crew before and after a hood kleaning

Of course Taya was too busy working and taking pictures of Tyler to remember to document her own transformation, but trust us, she looked almost as bad. (And this was only half way 👀)

We get dirty so your kitchen doesn’t have to.

Is it socially acceptable to be this excited about a Klean hood? Asking for us. ☺️

It’s not just about Kleaning hoods. It’s about leaving the entire space Kleaner than we found it—the hood, the floors, the walls, and everything in between.

Going above and beyond is what WE do. Not for recognition, but because we know what it’s like to be on the receiving end of a service that wasn’t done with the same care you expected.

We want you to see the difference when we leave. Because to us, a job isn’t finished just because the hood is Klean. It’s finished when we’re proud of everything we leave behind.

Quality You Can See. Service You Can Trust.

Look at that foammm😍😍.

Tyler made the perfect mixture of chemical to stick to the grease.

The right chemicals and right tools for the job always make a huge difference. And maybe the workers too😂.

Believe it or not, orange is NOT the factory color. 😂

And nope—these aren’t three pictures of the same hood. These are three different hoods from one of our recent cleanings.

The yellow, orange and brown coloring is grease and buildup that has accumulated throughout the exhaust systems, including areas that aren’t normally seen during everyday kitchen operations.

Underneath all of that? Stainless steel. We promise.

Three different hoods. Three different examples of why regular, thorough hood cleaning matters. Removing this buildup isn’t just about making things look better—it helps reduce fire hazards and keeps the exhaust system clean and functioning properly.

A clean hood system doesn’t stop inside the kitchen.

Grease travels through the ductwork and reaches the exhaust fan on the roof, which means the fan needs the same attention as the hood and filters below. Here, we’re applying our degreasing chemical to help break down built-up grease before pressure washing.

Cleaning the entire exhaust system—from the hood to the rooftop fan—helps reduce grease buildup, improve airflow, and most importantly, reduce fire risk.

It’s not just about making what you can see look clean. It’s about cleaning the whole system.

Our second hood kleaning taught us something important: stainless steel should not, in fact, be yellow.

That yellowing is built-up grease and residue that develops over time in a busy kitchen. Sometimes you don’t realize how much it has changed until you put the before and after side by side.

Safe to say, we found the stainless steel again.

Another one bites the dust. OW!

But seriously, this little sticker means a whole lot more to us than just replacing the old one.

We’re building Klean Time from the ground up, learning as we go, figuring out what we can do better, how we can help more businesses, and just how far we can grow this crazy little idea of ours.

It’s been incredibly moving to see how many people have already followed along, supported us, shared our posts, recommended us, and cheered us on.

Follow along with our crazy journey as we figure out just how far we can take Klean Time. We’re just getting started.

A little sticker with a pretty big meaning. 💙

Our very first Klean Time hood sticker, going up after our very first hood kleaning job!

There’s something pretty cool about seeing your name go up after the work is done. This one marks the first of what we hope will be many more kitchens, late nights, and hoods kleaned by the Klean Time Krew.

First hood. First sticker. Officially on the board. 🧼🔥

If your hood filters could talk, they’d probably ask us not to show you this. 😅

Grease loves to hide in the places you don’t normally see—including underneath where the filters sit. A little scraping, a lot of buildup, and one very satisfying cleanup. 🧼

We are using Bryan Exhaust Service Tools, because having the proper tools, and the right people makes all the difference!
