About the Role
North Co Commercial Cleaning is looking for a reliable window cleaner for a recurring monthly service at a high-end luxury retail location in the Royal Hawaiian Shopping Center in Waikiki. This is a consistent, once-a-month opportunity with dependable pay.

Schedule
• Frequency: Monthly — 1st Monday of each month
• Arrival window: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• First visit: May 4th or May 6th
• Start date: As soon as possible — first visit urgent

Scope of Work
• Full exterior and interior window cleaning of ground-level and upper-level storefront windows
• Professional squeegee technique required
• Remove all streaks, smudges, water spots, and residue
• Upper-level windows require working at height — a tall enough extension pole may eliminate the need for a ladder
• This is a luxury retail location — a flawless, streak-free finish is required every visit

Pay
• $75 flat per visit — equipment and supplies provided by North Co
• $100 flat per visit — if you bring your own equipment and supplies
• Since this is a once-a-month role, payment is issued after each completed visit — once before and after photos and video are submitted to our app and the store manager confirms they are satisfied
• This position is available as a 1099 independent contractor (preferred) or W-2 employee. For 1099, all you need is your Social Security Number or EIN — you receive your full pay and handle your own taxes at year end. W-2 is available if needed

• Squeegee set (12” and 18” recommended)
• Scrubber/applicator sleeve and handle
• Extension pole (6–12 ft) with swivel squeegee head — a tall enough pole may eliminate the need for a ladder on upper-level windows
• Bucket with strip washer holder
• Professional window cleaning solution
• Microfiber detailing cloths for edges and touch-ups
• Ladder if your extension pole cannot reach upper-level panels
• Rubber gloves and plastic scraper/razor blade for stubborn spots

Communication
Quick communication is essential at North Co. We understand life happens — but especially in the early stages, responsiveness is critical. We expect replies within a reasonable timeframe. Frequent delays in communication are grounds for removal from the schedule. Any access issues, concerns, or delays must be reported immediately before service begins.

• Window cleaning experience required — professional squeegee technique is a must
• Comfortable working at height using an extension pole or ladder if needed
• Must pass a background check
• Reliable personal transportation required
• Active cell phone with consistent service
• Basic app skills required — must be comfortable using apps for check-in, communication, photos, and documentation
