Just wanted to say that we will be running all week and moving Thursday and Friday a day later due to holiday! In December of 2020, I had an idea. By March 2021 I was pitching it to potential investors. By April I had talked to the right people. By May we came up with a name and then I scribbled this onto a large post it note.....the rest is Victory!! Thought you might enjoy seeing this, I was so excited to find it this evening! Im so thankful that I decided to put a button activated bubble machine on the truck several years ago, I wish I had a picture of what just happened but I don't like to snap pics of people out of nowhere. I had just finished cleaning some bins around 49th and Southwestern area and saw a grandma and granddaughter (younger than 2 years) walking as the little one pushed a stroller with a baby doll. I flipped them on and grandma at first didn't know what was going on but soon realized they were coming from the truck and she excitedly brought rushed the little girl to the truck and they both played in the bubbles and laughed so much for quite some time. Then due to a disappointing look from grandma after switching them off, I flipped them on again and they continued....so sweet, I love bubbles because EVERYONE loves them and appreciates them every time. So cool! Made my day to see that! - Have a wonderful day

I am so excited to get back to it! We will start cleaning again on Tuesday for the 2025 season! I have not been idle as I spent about 2 weeks moving everyone's info to the new system and another 2 weeks building jobs. The next few weeks consisted of training and building the automations that everyone will be seeing in the future. The last couple of weeks has been simplifying the website and request forms for new customers! Even when I am not cleaning bins out in town I am at work every day at 530am to clean bins for AOK before they go out to the new customers so I stay busy and in practice! My wife gave birth on the 19th to a beautiful baby girl that we named Opal so that takes up the rest of the time lol. I got my 4 year old a new Victory shirt for those days he can come work with dad which is usually on a slower Friday. I hope to get feedback about our new system and automations in case they need some tweeking so please let me know if something isn't working correctly! I hope everyone is as excited as I am about the warmer weather and sunshine to come! Have a wonderful weekend!!

Hey everyone, I have been kicking around an idea and wanted to get a little feedback about it. The idea is a 10 week quarterly with 3 possible scenarios:1) Replace 8 week and 12 week with a single 10 week plan...2) Have the 10 week in addition to the other plans or 3) Ditch the idea altogether.
The reason behind the 10 week is because only running 10 months, some people are only getting cleaned 3 times so this would add at least an extra clean per year, it also allows for simple rescheduling. If we keep all the plans we would have a "light quarterly" and a "heavy quarterly" for those that may want more or less per year. Getting rid of the 8 and 12 week , the 10 week would be the middle ground, not much more than 8 and just a little shy of 12 lol. Please let me know what you think 1,2,or 3!!!

As Victory grows I am trying to eliminate missing any messages from any of you! Although it is possible to reply to the reminders and the "on our way" texts, it is very difficult to recieve and respond to them in a timely manner and I do miss messages from time to time, that being said, if I could get everyone in earshot of this to put Victory 605-799-3070 in your phone I can reply and receive messages immediately! I have 95 % of all my customers in my phone so I know who you are! This way they are all in one place! You can also email and I will usually respond at least the next day! Thanks for understanding!!
