We are looking or a dependable, motivated Supervisor / Crew Leader to join our growing pressure washing company. This is a hands-on leadership position for someone who can manage crews, communicate professionally with customers, and lead by example on the field.
The Position is Great For People With Experience In:
• Construction crew leadership
• Landscaping or hardscaping crews
• Roofing or exterior contracting
• Lawn care management
• Painting crews
• General labor supervision
• Property maintenance
• Concrete or paving crews
• Window cleaning or exterior cleaning services
• Any fast-paced management role
Requirements:
• Clean driving record
• Leadership and/or management experience
• Reliable transportation
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Comfortable handing physical labor and equipment
• Great communication and problem-solving skills
Responsibilities
• Lead and supervise pressure washing crews
• Drive company vehicle and transport equipment safely
• Ensure jobs are completed efficiently and to company standards
• Train and motivate team members
• Communicate with customers professionally onsite
• Maintain equipment and job site organization
