And honestly, I’m glad they found something that worked for them.

As a mom of four, I believe the people doing the work deserve to earn a wage they can actually live on. That’s why our team STARTS at $20/hr.
The average cleaning job starts at $18-$20 so could we charge less? Probably.
But I’d rather invest in people.
