EllyMaids, LLC is happy to work with each customer individually, creating a personal cleaning plan. For a general idea of normally included items, we clean: Bathrooms - tub, shower, sink, mirrors, commode; kitchen - stove, sinks, countertops, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave; bedrooms - change sheets, make bed. ALL rooms - dusting, vacuuming, mopping floors. Additional cleaning areas can be add

ed at a $20/man hour basis. Deep Cleaning Options are also available for $20/man hour. Deep Cleaning includes ceiling fans, cobwebs, blinds, windows, baseboards, washing down walls, washing cabinets, and cleaning porches. For our Real Estate customers, we offer cleanings for house showings as well as cleaning up after a renter moves out. For our Construction customers, cleaning up before an inspection can be a real hassle for you - so let us do it instead! We will leave the home clean and shiny for your inspections!! We also do final clean-ups to make the home ready for its new owners. Fees: $25/man hour
