As a helpful note. We have had many clients over the years “brag” about how they aren’t utilizing toilet paper anymore after installing a bidet seat to their existing toilet. Even with one spouse skeptical, in the end most people end up loving it. Once they give it a shot! 😁

Did you know that a lot of gravity systems have a cement distribution box buried in the yard somewhere that never gets checked. This would be like getting your oil changed every 3,000 miles but never servicing your transmission in your vehicle. Yet the vehicle can't go without the transmission working even if the engine could go another 300,000 miles.
Just a thought. We can electronically locate the d-box and inspect without creating a huge mess!
Many people find out after it is too late and the d-box crumbles, potentially causing complete system failure. We don't like to communicate that news!

Clear Septic recently bought contracts from a company that lost their certification with the county. Who knew that it was possible for the company owner do(or not do) such a horrible job "performing service"?!
We are spending 2-4 hours per inspection trying to find components that are supposed to be easy access on an annual basis.
Know this, we aren't perfect but we don't defraud our customers.
