Lighthouse Spas and Pools is hiring! We are looking for a qualified candidate to join our team! Full-time position.
Some duties may include:
* Installing inground and above ground pools
* Delivering hot tubs
* Pool openings and closings
* Plumbing
* Concrete
* Tile
* General Labor
Must be able to lift 50+ lbs
Must be able to read a tape measure
Must be able to work outdoors
Compensation will be based on experience.
This is a full-time position. Hours are 8-5 usually, but 7-4 sometimes. Mon-Fri.

Lighthouse Spas and Pools is hiring for an customer service representative/cashier. Sales Experience Preferred but will train the right person. Pool and spa product/part knowledge or experience a big plus.

Pay is hourly and based on experience, there is also commissions given on large ticket items. This position is full-time. Hours are M-F 9:30-5:30 & Sunday 12-5 with a paid/working lunch. Working Sunday is required. Will be 40 hours a week, with hours off during the week to compensate for working on Sunday.

Responsibilities include:
-Greeting and assisting customers in their purchases

-Assisting the manager with back office functions and duties

-Testing customers' pool and spa water, helping them find and purchase the correct products

-Troubleshooting and diagnosing water chemistry and pool equipment problems. (Experience preferred, but not required.)

-Re-stocking shelves and cleaning the showroom on a regular basis

-Suggesting applicable and relevant product upsells to help customers walk out the door with everything they need

-Answering phone calls and responding to emails

-Acute attention to detail

-Must be able to work Sundays from 12pm-5pm

-Knowledge or experience running a register is a plus

We are looking for someone who is a quick learner but also values efficiency. This is a close-knit, drama free work place and we expect to find someone with a certain level of maturity that helps uplift our company in a positive manner.
