Did a estimate yesterday.
I was told I was a little pricey and that she was going to call around. I did not have a problem with that. Because I know when I show up I'm just professional. I know what I'm talking about. So any and all questions will be answered. And I'm punctual. So 10:00 this morning I received a call from that homeowner saying that she would like to move forward. She began to tell me that she called three other companies and all they offered her we're online bids. And the way they answer the phone was far from professional.
Long story short customer service is everything!
